Dual Food Dish with Ramp

This food dish comes with a textured ramp to help animals get in and out, perfect for insects that cannot climb smooth surfaces such as roaches and isopods and reptiles such as geckos.

XSmall: 2.5" L x 1.75" W x 0.5" H (Great for Isopods)

Small: 3.5" L x 2.5" W x 0.5" H (Perfect for Geckos)

Medium: 5" L x 3.5" W x 0.75" H (For Roach Colonies)

Large: 6.5" L x 5" W x 1" H (For Lizards)

Shipping

We ship Monday- Wednesday. If your temperature is below 40 or above 80 degrees, you must hold at facility to receive live arrival guarantee.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, please double check the shipping address you provide us. It is the customers responsibility to track their package.

Dubia Roaches cannot be shipped to Florida . Insects cannot be shipped to Hawaii.

Returns

We guarantee live arrival.

Our return policy is subject to our discretion and we have the right to refuse a refund at any time. We do not accept exchanges or returns.

In the rare event that your animal(s) arrives DOA (dead on arrival), we will only reimburse the cost of the animal(s) if you have contacted us within 1 hour (based on delivery timestamp) of the animals arrival. We may ask for photos so please don't dispose of anything.

If there is not someone to receive the package on arrival time, the guarantee will be null and voided immediately.
